I’m Liz.
As a content strategist, some might say I’m a words-person.
Objective: Content strategist and writer with a passion for consumer-facing mobile and web applications. Key collaborator with Marketing, Research, UX/Design and software development. Special expertise in analyzing and understanding end-to-end customer experiences to ensure all content is consistent in voice, tone, and construction.
Experience
U. S. Bank: Oct 2018–Present
Content strategist | Assistant Vice President
Key collaborator on Home Lending Sales, Direct Consumer Lending Sales and (previously) Dotcom Sales teams, creating and editing content on the consumer-facing, unauthenticated side of usbank.com. Projects included updating the global home page and navigation system, mortgage and lending educational hubs, and miscellaneous other projects including on-screen instructional copy, informational content, navigational elements, error messages, alert messages, and FAQs for online and mobile banking interfaces, mobile apps, marketing pages, and other user interfaces.
RedBrick Health: Feb 2016–Sept 2018
Content editor
Responsible for updating, revising, and maintaining over 60 Journeys® (digital coaching experiences) and a consumer health assessment, ensuring all were compliant with industry best practices and upheld URAC and NCQA web health content provider standards. Also managed schedules for subject matter expert review and publication for 3,000 content objects, including video and print materials.
I also have experience working with rescue dogs.
And I’m a veteran of the book publishing industry.
Believe it or not, writing error messages for app log-ins really isn’t that different from writing headlines for book ads.
